該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)能夠滿(mǎn)足食品、醫(yī)療、醫(yī)藥、衛(wèi)生等行業(yè)對(duì)機(jī)器和產(chǎn)品潔凈的要求。與傳統(tǒng)的液壓中空成型機(jī)相比，全電動(dòng)中空成型機(jī)采用全伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，節(jié)能達(dá)30%左右，無(wú)漏油污染，噪音低，保持車(chē)間干凈整潔；設(shè)備運(yùn)行更加穩(wěn)定、精度更高、定位更準(zhǔn)，運(yùn)行速度更快，效率更高。The production line can meet the requirements for cleanliness of machines and products in the food, medical, pharmaceutical, and sanitary industries. Compared with the traditional hydraulic blow molding machine, the all-electric blow molding machine adopts full servo motor drive, energy saving is about 30%, no oil leakage, low noise, keeping the workshop clean and tidy; equipment operation is more stable, higher precision, positioning More accurate, faster and more efficient.

1.（移模行程850，單工位，一出四170中心距）模具原料塑化、擠出、移模合模、吹塑成型均采用高性能伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，完全替代傳統(tǒng)液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)，節(jié)能、環(huán)保。(Platen moving stroke 850mm, single station, one to four 170mm center distance) mold Raw material plasticizing, extruding, platen moving & clamping and blowing are all driven by high-performance servo motors, completely replacing traditional hydraulic drive technology, more energy saving and environmental protection.
2.伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和工業(yè)PC系統(tǒng)均采用奧地利貝加萊高性能產(chǎn)品，完全響應(yīng)客戶(hù)對(duì)吹瓶設(shè)備的高端需求。
Both servo drive system and industrial PC system use B&R's high-performance products to fully respond to customers' high-end requirements of blowing equipment.
3.移模合模采用全伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，配合曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)，通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)優(yōu)化運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線(xiàn)，力求移動(dòng)速度快，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。
Platen moving & clamping adopt full-servo motor ,cooperating with the crankshaft and connecting rod mechanism, optimizing motion curve via professional technology, then up to moving fast and operation stable.This prototype can pilot run in present customer’s factory for comparison.
